They don’t drive kiffin’s family around BR after 4pm on a Monday… instant no.
Operator at an under staffed power plant (non-nuke).

Few of them baws pullin in 200k+ due to OT. They have easiest job in the plant.

Do attic door tents work?

Anyone use one and actually notice a difference? TIA
You people are insufferable. Just have to have a scapegoat. The ruling was retro active. Haulcy committed to us in May. Why is it expected that our staff see the other BYU guy was suspended for bowl game then make the mental jump to connect that guy to AJ, then investigate. Jesus. Be mad at NCAA. Be mad at Clemson and Houston.
So wise… made me feel much better.
I better see some sort of evidence if BK not showing his taint after this news. What I mean is, if he isn’t as irate as me and demanding explanations and /or legal action, he can kick rocks. The NCAA is a corrupt power hungry org that gets off to stuff like this. The only power they have comes when teams like LSU obeys their demands. Burn it to the ground. (Figuratively)

Haulcy should play anyway

Why don’t we just ignore the NCAA? Seriously. Like on whose authority can they enforce anything anymore? What would happen if we just ignored it? Any subsequent penalty, we ignore again. Then what? BK should play him. frick the NCAA.

I appreciate the insight. For added clarity, I can work with less Sqft. Also, I will be doing all the flooring, backsplashes, and showers myself. I know it’s a drop in the bucket but should ease a little bit of the cost.

Thank you. It would be outside of BR proper. Pride/zachary area.

2300-2600 Sqft custom home 420,000 budget five or take would like more traditional home, but want to have options

Custom home, between 2300-2600 Sqft
Estimated budget, no more than 420,000 or so.

Not in BR proper.

Posted on H&G board as well, but thought I’d look here too. Looking to build a home in BR area and need someone to draw up the plans. Any recommendations are appreciated. TIA

ETA, I should’ve specified, not in BR but in the greater BR area, definitely well out of town.

Looking for someone to draw up new build residential house plans in the BR area. Any recommendations, with some relevant details, are appreciated. TIA
It is our preparation in times of peace, that is our greatest predictor of our behavior in times of war
Could not agree more. The engineers/designers for every parking lot, intersection, exits, turning lanes, needs to be tarred and feathered. I’m not sure why, but the entire Juban area makes my blood boil everytime I think about it.
Just put my 3 day old back down (first kid). Cuddling my golden and wife (no pics). Pure ecstasy.
I would agree with this fella, the hot springs were kind of lame. If you’re willing to hike, or float one of the rivers, that is the route I would go. The North Pole is kind of lame too. Just depends what yall trying to do
However, we caught an uber with a fella that said he hosts people at his house up in the hills for night viewing of the lights. He said he cooks and just lets the group hang and drink and wait for lights to be visible. He had an LLC. Sounded a little sketchy lmao, but I think he was legit. No idea how you would find him though. That’s all I got. Hope yall have a good time!
We spent 2 days there as well before catching train back to anchorage… the train back to anchorage was the best part of Fairbanks lol… they have a little town “the North Pole” with a huge Christmas themed store. Pet caribou/reindeer on the grounds that you can somewhat interact with which was kind of cool. We went in September, tried to see the lights but it just didn’t happen.
You can drive up to the hot springs. I forget what they’re called but they are about 80 or so miles north of Fairbanks. Kind of neat. They also have an ice museum where everything including the building is made of sculpted ice.
