How much do you have in savings? If you can pay off your credit card debt immediately and still have a small emergency fund, then do it. With the 800-1000 left over each month in your budget, then you should be able to replenish your savings in no time...
If you like the beach, then live in Atlantic/Neptune Beach area. I lived in Atlantic Beach and commuted into Downtown for work. The commute was not too bad and Atlantic Beach had everything you need for the most part. Ponte Vedra was nice too, but you have a little further commute. Five Points area was a cool area as well and it is much closer to downtown. St. John's Town Center area is another area to check out. It all depends on what you are into; there are several more rural areas S or SW of the city also

Yep. Makes more sense. I was thinking it was 15 months of living expenses, which to me would be excessive.
Does the OP have another savings account with 3-6 months worth of living expenses? If so, then I would continue to contribute monthly to this baby savings account and then pay off debt(s) after everybody is home and well.

We have about 15 months of savings in the bank currently
15 months seems excessive... You could bring this down to 6 months and use the 9 months worth of savings to pay off the truck. Then you could pay your truck note back into your savings each month.
After mom/baby are home from the hospital with no complications or issues, you can use that excess savings you built back up from paying your truck note into it to pay down/off the student loan.

I think it's a bit overpriced for just an hour of entertainment... Brickyard South gives you a free drink if you show them your Escape receipt. I suggest drinking after; we took our free drink (and several additional drinks) before we did the Escape and it did not work out real good for us. Four drunk married couples trying to "Escape" - why did we ever think that would be a good idea??
