Both of my big toes were continually ingrown for years. Finally made one of the best decisions in my life and had them remove. Pain free after the procedures.
An ingrown toe nail can be permanently corrected with a procedure called a chemical matrixectomy.
Think you are referring to a BIPAP! "BiPAP refers to Bilevel or two-level Positive Airway Pressure. ... While CPAP generally delivers a single pressure, BiPAP delivers two: an inhale pressure and an exhale pressure. These two pressures are known as inhalation positive airway pressure (IPAP) and exhalation positive airway pressure (EPAP)."
I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea in 2011 and have been on machines for the better part of 10 years. I found it very difficult to adapt to a CPAP and after several years of stress I switched to an AUTO PAP OR APAP which I found very beneficial for me. If you are diagnosed with sleep apnea I would suggest you inquired about getting an AUTO PAP. Following is a definitional explanation of the difference between a CPAP and an AUTOPAP----"While CPAP delivers one continuous pressure level of air, APAP automatically adjusts to meet each specific person's breathing needs, which often change throughout the night as we move in and out of different stages of sleep."

I would suggest that contact your credit card company and advise them that you have not received the item and that you have attempted to contact the vendor to no avail. My experience has been that the credit card company will credit your account.
I have been using a cpap a little over 6 years and have tried many different masks and chin straps. I personally do not like the full face mask or the use of chin straps. I have been using a Fisher & Paykel Zest Plus Nasal Mask Ref 400441A for about 4 years and find it less annoying than most. You do need your 4 hours daily for insurance and have found that if you are having trouble with your hours at first a good way to increase your time is to put your mask on any time you are near it. Would also suggest that you try to sleep on back or side if possible.
