The Bulldogs have a different offensive identity this season. They are rarely going to hit explosive plays like the ones that lifted them into the top nine of scoring offenses during their 2021 and 2022 national championship winning seasons.
Instead, Georgia aims to physically wear down its opponents, as demonstrated with its 16-play, 78-yard touchdown drive to seal the game against Auburn.
"That's really who we are," head coach Kirby Smart said. "We don't have these explosive plays. I've come to the conclusion, yeah, I want them. Yeah, we're going to scheme for them…But that's who we are."

This Manball philosophy is hurting Georgia. I thought we learned this lesson already.
I like Bobo, and he's good, but this offense has not been elite for a while now.
Feels like the 2019 SECCG all over again.

Offensive YPP in Big Games Over 5 years

Not exactly breaking news, but wanted to share this table after tonight.
In games with CFP implications, we've seen a YPP decline of 36.1% since Monken left the program.

4.9 YPP against arguably the worst defense of the remaining teams.
Just isn't going to cut the mustard.
Just isn't going to cut the mustard.
Just another disappointing performance.
Had plenty of chances
Snakebit. Heart and soul of this offense right now...

Let's go defense. One play can turn everything around.

Offensive line sucks arse. Our CBs can't cover for shite. Couldn't stop the run. Missed FG.
Just a total team meltdown.

Drew Bobo is sorely missed right now.
Offense just isn't the same since he went down.

We lost both our safeties. Can't let this guy escape the pocket.

Nah, Thomas did as he was coached. Just unfortunate timing. Gay arse rule that needs an amendment this off-season.
Who caused the fumble?
