When do the paid parking lots open on game day? Lot 314 street parking, when are you allowed to begin parking in those areas?

Street parking 314

A few years back you could park on some street areas with paid parking early morning of the games (from the map it looks like 314 lots). I would arrive around 5:30 and park and around 6 they would start selling tickets to those spots and you could place the ticket on your dash. Is this not available anymore?

If you have a parking pass in a reserved lot near the stadium can you park there overnight (Saturday night into Sunday morning)after the game?
Parking lot tailgaiting question

I have access to either lot 102 or 104 for parking this season. I have never parked there before and was wondering if it has good tailgating access? Good area to set up canopy and not block sidewalks or things like that. I was close to the parade grounds the last couple of years but couldn't get back in those lots.
