You are forgetting the administration will not allow anyone who is not compliant with the dean’s creative accounting methods. He has exactly who he wants in there. It’s not about music. It’s the cash cow.

Under King’s regime they raised enough money to pay for half of the new Tiger Band Hall, he secured the deal for the State Senate would fund the other half.
