The factory reset took care of it. No more pop up messages saying virus or wanting money...

What keeps causing these things on mobile? A bunch of stuff I don't even download or type keeps popping up on pages and search boxes. Spam websites and messages keep popping up also....

The instructions say to hook up roku to modem but modem isnt in same room as TV I want roku on....
