I get that they are trying to save money but some older people (me) don't have smart phones and this puts us at a disadvantage. Over the years (just venting now) LSU has changes processes every year or two. Many times, I have had to take a day off just to make my LSU scheduled time slot to buy tickets and for the last two years at least to buy RV passes. If LSU would just give us a day and not 15 min to break off from work to buy these things it would be a lot better. This is why I don't give even more money to LSU. I am tired of their ...I will no longer buy RV, TAF, season etc. I am fed up with nonsense.
