This still needs discussion.
That's a great location hit Bones up for dinner, or the Palm would be my suggestion.
re: If you had the money, what WWII plane would you buy to fly?

Most of these are priceless now, but having flown in a P-51 Mustang (twin seat)for the salty price of greasing some hanger doors while installing a camera system back in the 80's with a real live WW2 pilot at the helm was a once and done event.
That's pretty interesting looking over their website. A lot of this stuff goes on around Black Mountain NC, so it's not unusual for me interacting with the conservationist type. I do belong to the GCS, but admittedly I assure you I'm not their favorite member.
What's your angle here if you don't mind me asking?

re: Can we stop Iran from building nukes?

Iran like them or not is a stable country. Amending our foreign policy and working with them is in our long term best interest. Our old puppet the Shah and his regime will not be making a comeback much like Batista and his lot in Cuba.
The region needs to police itself along with Europe/China who have a significant interest as their direct shipments of oil flow from the areas.
Or, the region should pay a significant sur tax for our policing the waters which could be enforced by the world bank of which we control presently.

It's really a nice state I have no idea why Georgia ever sold it along with Alabama & Mississippi.
Good to see the Dawgs adding to their position!

Disney reminds me of cruise ships and I despise cruise ships and tourists.
Probably not.

Cutting grass...
Just not going to happen, for the rest, of, my life. The biggest financial driver I have. I still have nightmares about having to cut our two acre yard (I grew up on) and that shitty push mower no illegal alien would be forced upon.
I miss this game!
I think it would be good for the kids in general in getting them acclimated into a real' student setting. Who knows they might just learn something?
Everybody would have to do it including the Alabama teams to make it work like it should. "IMO"

For 60 years, Thanksgiving Day was a special day in the history of the Georgia - Georgia Tech rivalry. It was on that day that the Georgia and Georgia Tech freshman football teams, and in later years the junior varsity teams, met at Tech’s Grant Field. The game, played from 1933 to ’93, annually benefited the Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital and became a nationally-recognized event.

Why can't you do both? I wouldn't even stop there, get some precious metals and numismatic coinage going for you on the side.

That's a great question and I was wondering it myself, as having one (or two) dating back when they started the things.
re: Crusaders vs. ISIS. Are they comparable?
Posted by DawgSmoke on 2/20/15 at 5:10 pm to KSGamecock
Here is a book you should read, and yes some terrible deeds were done in the name of Christ during the crusades.
The Crusades: Iron Men & Saints by Harold Lamb.
You might discover a lot more about today than you thought was out there.

I beg ta' differ!
I honestly think SC (or CIYE) has been flying camera laden pigeons over our "exposed" practice facilities for sometime now right before gameday.
It's the only thing that makes sense!
VMRI Drone technology is out of the question for SC graduates.

Honestly, this is a big relief to me. I've seen the IPFs with indoor tracks and they're just a mess to look at.
Agreed: The site needs to be sport specific not, an F-35 blunderbuss. F-22 for football "only!"

Thanks man!
Is it fair to own 10 million dollars for every year you have lived?

Some talk that UGA may also be eliminating smith street and one of the turf fields for the new IPF. Leads me to believe that this thing might also feature an indoor track or something else

re: Anybody Buy Gold and Silver?

Sorry, I missed your post earlier been busy lately. Honestly I just started adding gold and silver again after parting with some toys I no longer used and was tired of coveting.
Silver will hit a high mark again as it always seems to do and I might dispose of some bars and repurchase them when it hits a low rate. The MS-70 coins will be staying in the vault.

It's going to be hard to top Florida's new facility coming into age.
