(rancheros sauce?) Huevos Rancheros is served with green and/or red chile.
For a real New Mexico breakfast: eggs, carne adovada, fried potatoes topped with chile and cheese and a couple of fresh hot flour tortillas....

Yea, prices are high, but that's everywhere. I am not rich by any stretch of the imagination, counting pennies like everyone else. I don't begrudge someone needing to charge for their products, they have families to feed too.

Do they have and what is a good price for?
Frozen soft shell crab (per dozen)

Green chile cheese burger is a must have in New Mexico. Getting a combo plate (taco, enchilada, chile relleno or tamale), is always a great choice, ask for it "christmas" (with red and green chile).
