Yep, it ain't cheap, either. I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Haha -- mine weren't greasy, per se, just limp and not crisp at all. They were basically smashed together in a big soggy ball.

I liked the burger... their fries sucked though -- limp and soggy.
In Memphis, definitely Gus's. Best fried chicken you'll ever eat.

In Nashville, Loveless Cafe. Best biscuits you'll ever eat.
Back around 1996, Tammy Sytch was one of the finest women on the planet... unfortunately now she's a fat slob.
The burgers at IHOP are surprisingly good, as well... but my go-to is the chorizo fiesta omelette.

I really like the holiday pies at McDonalds, with the radioactive yellow filling and colored sprinkles on the crust.

Most overrated restaurant in New Orleans.

If you wanna look at at overrated oyster bar, it's Acme. If anything, Casamento's is UNDERRATED.
Not all nipples look the same, my friend.

Yes, they're pretty good. I wouldn't recommend going there at night, though.

My favorite wings are from Little Chinatown in Kenner... seriously legit.

Some of my favorites:

Mama's hot and sour soup at LA Thai Uptown
Filet Stanley at Brennan's
Various selections at Kanno
Crab beignets at La Petite Grocery
Fried squash blossoms with goat cheese at Domenica
Softshell crab loaf at Casamento's
Prime filet or strip at Commanders
Chargrilled oysters from Dragos
Banana cream pie from Emerils
Shrimp w/ pecans at Five Happiness
Rabbit livers on toast at Cochon
Salt and pepper wings at Little Chinatown
Cassata cake at Brocato's
Bananas Foster French toast at Surrey's
The reason I asked if the chick's name begins with S and has a twin sister is because perhaps the biggest cougar I've ever seen inhabits the BR scene and fits that description. Lives in a nice big house in P-Ville. I sprayed up in them guts one night and again the following morning. When I went out that night she was out with her "ex" -- apparently they got back together later that day. Always wanted to ask him how my dick tastes. Over the years I've seen her hook up with many much younger men. I believe she's 46 now and most of the guys I've seen her with are in their 20s. She has a early 20s daughter who got engaged recently as well.
I spent a night in Parish prison and that's when I completely lost respect for all the BR cops. They all acted like a bunch of uneducated backwoods hicks, and treated us all like we were mass murderers or child molesters -- cursing at us and degrading us. We had about 15 of us in one large holding cell and we were all trying to sleep -- every once in a while one of the cops would come with his billy club and loudly rap it on the bars to purposely wake us up. Another guy obviously had a bad back and the prison nurse had given him a mattress to sleep on. One of the cops noticed it and went into the cell and pulled it out and made him sleep on the concrete floor. Total dicks who went out of their way to abuse authority.
Just curious, does her name start with S and does she have a twin sister?
Really the only reason I wanted to go to Nikki's is for the pie; maybe I'll just get some to go.

I've been to Dinner Bell before, and while I liked it, it's not on my list this time.

Mr. D at Lorman Country Store definitely makes some killer fried chicken -- it's on my Top 5 all-time, but not in the same league as Gus's.
I'll definitely check it out -- thanks!!

I can't pass up that banana caramel pie from Mammy's though

Also thinking about trying Nikki's in Vidalia...
Taking a 3-day road trip next weekend to hit up some of my favorite spots. Here's my list:

Vine's -- Centreville
Mammy's Cupboard -- Natchez
Carriage House -- Natchez
Old Country Store -- Lorman
Roux 61 -- Natchez
Cotton Alley Cafe -- Natchez
Porches -- Wesson

I'll probably hit up most of them, but not all. Any other "can't-miss" places that perhaps I've overlooked? Lorman is the farthest north we plan on traveling on 61, then headed east and spending the night in Brookhaven.

The pizzas are great. Don't miss out on the dessert bread (pane agrodolce) w/ mascarpone and honey for dessert. Last time I went it was cherry-pistachio and was out of this world.

I know The Chimes, Drusilla Seafood, and Jones Creek Cafe have oyster specials, as well as others.

As far as sacks go, the sack I got from Capital City Crawfish for Thanksgiving waa great. Huge, salty oysters.
Capital City Crawfish is one of my favorite places on town. Their "sweet tails" -- crawfish tails fried in sweet potato batter and served w/ honey mustard -- are awesome. Good poboys, too.
