re: What are your realistic 5 year financial goals?

Lol...I have a touch of laziness in me I guess. :dunno:
I work as a contractor in a plant environment but I began investing in real estate at 25. For a single man without expensive vices and without the need to live a flashy, costly lifestyle, it is rather easy to do.
Now it is half the year traveling the world, studying a foreign language, and surfing...while the other half, I will continue to work for at least the next 3-5 years to keep things building.

I think the goal planning is an excellent practice. At 25, I did the same thing. Roughly 5 years later, I found that I had met the majority of my goals without even realizing it. There can be something powerful about writing something down and having a plan to reach that destination.
I am not exactly where I intended to be but at 37, I am finally in a position where work is optional...granted I never married or had kids. That does make things much more financially feasible.

Why do I have to be juicing?!? Why can't I just be a fat guy looking to lose a little bit of weight?
Reality is I am just curious. I am not looking to get any bigger or lose any weight; I enjoy educating myself on miscellaneous subjects even when not self applicable...and eventually this company may produce something that does interest me directly.
Thanks for the attempt at help fellas

While it is possible I missed it, I saw numerous testimonials for the male performance products but I did not see any touting the virtues of any of their other products. Did I overlook some pertinent info?

I recall seeing positive reviews of their male performance products, but if anyone had feedback on any of their other products, I completely missed it.

Has anyone used any products other than their Viagra/Cialis type products? Have the other products proven to be as effective?

I am open to whatever good deal I come across. Typically that is a SFH, but I do occasionally work with commercial properties and smaller complexes. If you would like to diversify your lending, we might be able to help.

I occasionally look for private investors for real estate deals. Should we talk further?
