My mother-in-law accuses me of using MSG, "it gives me a headache". I don't use Accent or anything with MSG, but it is nice that I can annoy her....

We did after Gustav, stuff thawing out, no places open. We soaked in buttermilk, coated in spicy flour, and pan fried, much better then franchise chicken, I was surprised at how good it was.
Normally we don't fry at home, wife thinks its bad for us....

Can it be fried with no oil? Don't think so....
