Where are you located? Willing to move?
Property law is not a bad thing. In my experience doing land work, it seems like the lawyers we hired to review our abstracts hardly work and billed an insane amount to the oil companies (since they have deep pockets). The title opinions that I read over the years seems that being involved in property law is a good career and interesting. But there is a lot risk if you make a mistake and a landowner sues the oil company.
This is the kicker though, the curriculum is easy as hell. If you have common sense and a pulse, you can pass the class with an A.

For those of you wondering, it process technology at two year community college. I figure only taking two semesters to finish the degree and the experience I have in land work, I would get a job fairly easy with all of the expansion projects that are coming down the pipeline.
Already have two business degrees, a third useless degree, and three minors. Going back to school to try a new line of work. Sucks getting laid off after 8 years of steady land work.
Not really, I just keep to myself and work hard because I actually interested in the curriculum. I'm older than the average student so being friends with them is not a top priority. Most of the time I am willing to help other students if they meet me half way.

But yeah, I can be a douche at times. Who hasn't.
I said I was most likely going to throw it away and already have. I have no use for it personally. I just wanted opinions on the topic. I believe in karma, it will show when she interviews for a job.

I was just surprised about the amount if information on the flash drive. Just pisses me off at the time, but I'm over it.

I am going to throw away the flash drive most likely. The one thing that I am pissed about is that the career I'm about to enter is desperate for women and minorities. Well she is both. I'm tired busting my arse to get a 4.0 while someone else cheats there way through school and is mostly likely to receive a job offer before I even get an interview. But life is not fair.
I won't give it back. Probably just throw it away.
Question 1) Are you a dude ?

Yes

If you answered yes continue on to next question

Question 2) Is she female ?

Yes

If you answered yes continue on to next question

Question 3) Is she attractive ?

No

If you answered yes continue on to next question... If you answered No to any of the following just give the jump drive back to its rightful owner.

Question 4) Do you know how blackmail works ?

Yes, but that's not in my nature
All of our test are taken online (blackboard). A previous student who took the class saved all of the test and put them on a flash drive. When you take one of the tests, you can review the test and it will show you what you made on the tests as well as the correct and missed answers. The professor does not change the test from semester to semester.
I was working alone on homework in the computer lab at my school this evening. When I was leaving, I notice a flash drive that was left accidentally in one of the computers. I open a document and realize it belongs to one the students in my class. I also notice on the flash drive a set of folders. I click one of the folders to see what was in it out of curiosity. The folder contains every single test, quiz, homework assignment, walk-through, etc. with the correct answers.

I know cheating is a common occurrence in school but this seems excessive. What do you believe I should do in this case? Leave it alone, tell the professor or the dean, any other options?
Do a cursory search of the conveyance records of the parish the property is located. I would contact the land owners attached to the timber deeds and ask them who they contacted to clear cut the timber off of their property and their experience with that timber company. I dealt with a ton of land that had been clear cut of timber without filling a timber deed. Usually the timber company contacted the person who was paying the taxes and payed that one person. For example, I was working on one tract of land where I found an additional 50 owners that was not mentioned in the conveyance records. The were pissed off that the timber was cut and never received payment. So be careful who use choose to cut the timber off your property.

I would imagine you could lease the property for hunting depending all the surrounding areas. If the surrounding areas is hunted heavily, your property won't reach a premium with respect to hunting rights and privileges. As the poster mention beforehand, make sure they have insurance and sign a hunting lease in the conveyance records.

So I just finish watching the movie Edge of Tomorrow. The movie had a commercial before the previews about consensual sex (no means no). It had Daniel Craig, Obama, Biden, etc. speaking about no consent sex is wrong/illegal and we need to stop it from happening. The commercial had me thinking about the whole concept of no means no with regards to this thread.

Is the whole point of no means no to punish sexual predators or to empower women, feminist (based on the thought that men are the rapist and women are victims)? The reason why I am asking this I believe that in this case the sex was consensual on both parties, believing the article is 100 percent accurate.

Usually liberal and/or progressives lead the way on this belief that if a woman is intoxicated she can’t consent to consensual sex. How would these same people react, if that they believe if a person is intoxicated they can’t consent to sex, if the two people in the article happen to be gay men. In this case, who would be the victim and who would be the rapist. Would it be the first person to cross the finish line and state that he was rape? Would you believe that the school would kick out the student “charged” in the rape or would they not bother in this case. If the school would not bother in this case, how would the gay lobby react in this case. Would they go after one of their own or would they go after the school with regards about not respecting gay rights.

It seems to me this is more about women’s rights than about punishing sexual predators.
Can you post a picture and tell us what exactly is wrong with their uniforms (not all of them, just the best ones). I have no clue what y'all are talking about. Also, is it mostly men who do this or do women do it as well?
Looking at the renderings of construction compared to the actual photo taken from field level, why is there a goal post structure on the east side and on the west side it looks like construction of luxury boxes? I know they are putting videos boards in the corners but it doesn't look symmetrical. Maybe the picture is misleading to my eyes.
They got me pretty good. I had a total of 6 charges on my credit card. All from Maryland. I think they tried to charge in excess of 700 dollars. They also tried to set up new accounts under my name at Verizon and Att. It looks like they more information than just your credit card.

One odd thing about those movies is the first one for sure was shown on CBS. Only found them after reading Gary Larson's wiki page. Very odd movies.

If anyone is interested, there were two movies made of the far side in the 1990's.
