re: LSU Online MBA

I started this program in 2015, but had to put it on hold due to a job relocation and other professional certs taking priority. I'm considering going back. I had a pretty good experience while taking classes, but I've only completed three so far. I will admit it's pretty tough to balance work/life/school again; especially when the courses are online. You really have to create a schedule and stay disciplined with it. The professors were good and I like the fact that they are regular employees of LSU brick and mortar. You have the same resources available to you as if you were taking classes on campus (at least when I was taking classes). Overall, I think it's a decent program if your employer doesn't require some prestigious program (mine doesn't), or you're not looking to get into a big name company somewhere. Certainly more recognized programs out there. This one just fit my needs and had a pretty good price tag for what I was willing to pay. Just my opinion.
TD, how's the hiring process going? Any more progress for you? Wondering if the flood put a hold on anything.
I was scheduled for this morning, but I ended up accepting another opportunity and withdrew from the process. Good luck to you and everyone else!
G19 Gen 4 with either a HSP Incog or Crossbreed IWB holster. I recently purchased the crossbreed/I.C.E belly band with kydex and it carries really nice. I'm a smaller frame guy (5'-6" 140lbs) who wears semi fitted clothing and it conceals really nice with gym clothes and/or casual clothing. When I'm done for the day, I have the crossbreed bedside backup that the same holster velcros to on the side of the bed. Really like this setup.

Just my opinion...
I got the email, too. Mine is 08/11 @ 0800. Good luck to you!
Thanks! Yeah, I'm in Lafayette, but put anywhere in the state. Wondering when the psych eval and oral interviews will be. They didn't say much after the PT test.
TDcline, I took the PT test yesterday as well and passed. We had 45 I believe and 23 passed. I'm like you, I saw many folks there that were clearly not prepared. What location are you hoping for? Seems like we had several from North Louisiana area there. Good luck to you! I'm curious to see how fast the remainder of the hiring process goes, being the academy is coming up soon.

Just received my order last weekend. Took exactly six weeks. They emailed me on week 4 just as an update to say everything was in process. I ordered three holsters, (2) OSH models with the RTI mounts for a G26 and Sig 1911, and (1) Incog IWB for the Sig 1911. All three fit great. I also ordered an Operator belt for the range and like it as well. So far, I'm liking the gear, but only have one range trip and a week on the Incog CCW holster.
Anyone have this model 1911? Looking for a good CCW holster for it; preferably AIWB. Just seeing if anyone is carrying this model 1911.
