Good post and agree with you for the most part. I wish I had your confidence in Coach O. Its hard for people to change and I always hold peoples past accountable. People hold my past actions accountable so why wouldn't I do the same lol.
I just hate seeing LSU keep settling. LSU wanted Jimbo/Herman but settle for Coach O. LSU settled for bad offense from Miles for way too long. I was hoping when Miles was fired the settling mentality would go away. Just seems like same old LSU. Already see people in too many posts say Coach O will be someone just to fill in and keep us afloat until Saban retires lol. The attitude of the fans and expectations are pretty low in my opinion. Don't get me wrong. I do see a lot of positive posts about Coach O but even the Posi-Tigers have lowered expectations really.

Fired Miles because of bad offense and QB play. LSU has the defense figured out. LSU needed a offensive minded head coach. Not the defensive line coach running the team.
If u are a QB recruit in high school, do you want to play for a former offensive coordinator head coach(Herman/Fisher) or a defensive line coach?

the reality is that lsu sucks. they may get better this season. lsu has 11 games to get better. the reality is this team should have been good from the start. lsu is starting mature players. 3rd year QB. The suck fest lsu showed last weekend should make you upset. if you are not upset then i don't know what to say really.

i had jarvis and obj on my fantasy team. got 2nd but was impressed with both of them. they had a great season. wish obj could have helped me out week 16 but i probably would have lost anyway lol. :bow:

Everybody thinks Les is gone after losing 3 times in a row. Losing 5 times in a row to Bama. Losing 2 times in a row to the Razerbacks. Internet speculates that Les is done. Media and Fans speculate whether Les is done. Prospects are uncertain. Everything negative that can happen happens lol. I just can't see anything positive from the situation.
Somebody needs to take the blame for this. LSU looks horrible. Can't sweep this under the rug like it didn't happen. What will happen? Nothing? Media will say the fans are horrible. We are not horrible for questioning this mess? The whole situation is just bad.

I think the proof is in the pudding lol. A win is a win and we all know who has been more successful. I am biased though. I tend to dig Saban's style of coaching.
CLM has impressed me this season though. He has turned it around.
Even if CLM finds a way to beat Bama next weekend, I won't change my mind. Call me stubborn I guess. I watch a lot of college football and think Bama is the more dominant team. Bama has the wins to prove it. Vegas agrees and those dudes know a lot.

I hope LSU wins enough games to make it to the Duck Commander bowl here in Shreveport at least :cool:.
This is my first post. Hate that this season has drove me to post in the Tiger Rant section :lol:. I have never been a fan of Les Miles the entire time he has been the coach. I know that LSU has had a lot of success with Les as the coach. I can tolerate a lot of things when LSU wins. I can live with LSU running the ball way too much because it worked. Its sad seeing the talent LSU has at WR being wasted but if Miles can win without using them, im cool with it. I can live with him being a poor clock manager if he sneaks in a miracle play that works. I'd prefer a more conventional clock management style for sure lol. I can live with him being stubborn and sticking with upperclassmen if LSU wins. The key here is him getting the job done. I'll take a ugly win and be happy. I can also live with a tough loss. I am a pretty easy fan really. Les has always kept me sitting on the edge of my seat. I can appreciate the drama. If LSU getting its rear handed to them 2 weeks in a row doesn't upset you then I worry about you as a fan. This team has enough talent for Les to work with. I don't care how young the team is. If he can't make it work there is a problem. We are about to find out if he can work with what he has. Florida and Kentucky should be wins. Miles needs to fix this. I'll be watching and hoping he corrects this mess.
