I posted briefly elsewhere here but the vast majority of Badger fans would endorse what those from Pitt have to say about Canada. Suspect NC State would be the same.
The guy is a totally squared-away O-coord and can coach successfully to your roster's talent and skill. Orgeron needs to stay out of the way and let Aranda and Canada do their thing.
Coach O will be in Baton Rouge a long time if he does so.

Canada is a great hire for your program. Aranda remembers him when D.A. was the def. coord at Utah State against Wisconsin in 2012. M.C. was screwed by Bielema later that year. Bought a condo in Madison after Bielema swore no interest in other jobs. Month later Bielema was gone.
What was really interesting is at the players/coaches meeting to announce his departure, Canada let Bielema have it right in front of the team. Not a soul in Madison that thinks he was out-of-place.
Funny enough, Bielema had held a tight leash on Canada all season. That leash was gone in the Big Ten Championship game where Montee Ball, James White and Melvin Gordon just RIPPED Nebraska wide open with a bevy of stuff none of us had seen all year. Really inventive scheming that piled 70+ on Nebraska's defense.
Predict you've hit a home run here. Within two years your Q.B. will be excellent and you'll see immediate improvement.
