First of all, why does there need to be a separate platform for gaming videos specifically? Why aren't there a separate platforms for food videos, or sports videos, or pet videos, selling for $1B?

Why would gaming videos be so popular to begin with? Why would I want to simply watch someone play a video game for any extended period of time, repeatedly? I could just play the game myself.
I don't mind waiting, but how bad does it get?
Are there usually long waits to get on on big gamedays?
Hmm, why do you think I'm an alter?

For those coming to Houston for the first time, here's a good way to catch up on what you've been missing: LINK
Bonus fact about "Ha": The director of the video launched a HUGE career off it. It was his debut video. Check out his resume. LINK

Some legit contenders. Good job.

With that said, first one is not as much of a "video" in that there's no real concept other than twerking. No narrative arch, no artistic angle. Just arse shaking. It's elegantly simple, but is not the GOAT.

"Marrero" is a lot stronger. Great song, nice unexpected technicolor shots, classic cars, etc. But it's too limited in geographic scope and overall popularity to say it's the GOAT rap video in Louisiana history.
Make Em Say Uhh is a hilarious and preposterous video, but not objectively the best. Everything about "Ha" is fresh, artistic, authentic, and its very representative of the magical mood and dare I say "chocolateness" of New Orleans, and Louisiana in general. It's also one man, boldly performing alone, with no cameos. How often do you see that in rap videos? Ever? Even just the song itself is a tremendous contribution to hip hop. A rap song that only asks questions, that still comes across as being gangster as frick? And don't get me started on the cinematography. It's easily the best photographed southern rap video of all time. Overall, I just don't think anything comes close.

Probably the craziest thing said in this whole thread.
I suggest anything with Toonces on it. The bigger, the better.

What is particularly good about this video? It's basically "Thugging It And Loving It" with a song. There's nothing innovative, particularly artistic, or historically important about it.

I was expecting the Walmart video

I was just spitballing with Juvenile. Walmart video offers some stiff competition. Let's continue getting nominations, and we'll evaluate later.

Umm is it just me or is the lib pissed that the police didn't kill the armed African American??

Not sure what exactly he's irate about, only that he's irate as frick.

The report says the standoff lasted more than one hour. How in the hell where there still children in the vicinity when the shot took place?

Admittedly, I put the "filled with kids" part in there for rhetorical flare.

Doesn't change the fact that he had a fricking gun. He could have shot it in any direction (not even pointing it directly at cops) and killed someone from a distance.

If you cross that red line, you dead.
