No longer Mr. Pockets, but still in Manhattan Beach. New place is On The Rocks. If you want to watch LSU from a beach bar while watching the sunset over the Pacific in the background then this is the place. Decent sized LSU crowd (kids too). It's a beach city so you need to pay to park, but they validate.

Regarding Los Angeles: you can remove "Pockets" and replace with "On the Rocks." LINK
