Sounds like RHP James McMahon (4-0, 1.31 ERA) will start for Southern Miss vs. Mississippi State Tuesday at Trustmark Park.
USM vs LA Tech was cancelled on Sunday, so they're throwing their Sunday starter tonight. McMahon signed with State out of high school...

Hopefully Daniel Brown can get it going and be a dominant lefty out of the pen. I think he's capable of filling a Girado/Lindgren role, maybe even close for us, but after last night he needs more time. Surely, he will grow from it. 20 strikeouts to 3 walks in 13 innings so far. ...
