Just a heads up to the OP, not that it matters, since it seems the OP is more interested in continuing his habit than staying employed...
The engineering firms in BTR (if you are talking about BTR, but this goes for most areas outside a major metro area) are fairly close knit. If you are shown the door for failing a drug test, most every firm is going to know, so the prospective of a career in the same area after failing a drug test will be slim.
Further, a state's licensure board is not going to look too fondly on a failed drug test. It's hard enough to get a job in this current climate, lose your EI or your PE, and see how much harder it will be to find gainful engineering employment.
