Just stop.

Their OL is good every year with the same kind/level of player. Cornfed, mean, smart, tough white guys that are extremely disciplined. They are routinely one of the best OL units in the country.

LSU rightfully claims DB U, Wisconsin can probably claim OL U as much as anyone.

I'll buy it. Recruiting rankings tend to overrate athletic ability over smarts, so it probably does underrate their guys. They do have that NFL pedigree.
Looks like they just went straight off the depth chart LSU released this week so it makes sense. Article on the site said they'll do it through the season so I bet that'll change once Chi and Quinn work their way into the lineup
They're big but they must not be very athletic. According to this infographic, their OL had 2, 3, 4, 2, and 3 stars coming out of high school.

Averaged 7.8 yards a carry last year for 1609 yards. I don't care which Big 5 conference you're in, that's damn strong. He's legit.

Yes, but only because my grille has a big blank space built into it for a plate & it looks awkward without one.

I Plasti-Dipped my grille and did the plate as well for a more subtle look.

If it it was a car that you could remove the plate frame from, I'd go without one.

Last year when TCU switched QBs to their mobile one, it gave the defense some issues. Guess Wisconsin is going to try that tactic out of the gate.
.798 winning percentage over 9 years says to shut up and go away.

Saban and Arnsparger were .750 over much less time & McClendon was .692.

Your definition of great is near perfection: 1 loss or none. That's an impossible standard for anyone to hold.
If they're undefeated that'll help immensely. Otherwise, nothing will prepare them for Jordan-Hare. It will probably be the loudest it's been in the last couple of years & the loudest environment to that point in the year.
this guy thinks a TE might actually play a part...i think it's about time a TE got some action. DeSean looks like the real deal.

esp with such young WRs, they'll need to look for production in new spots, we can't just run LF all day long

I'm not sure how much of that makes sense. I can understand the year delay, licensing and production and all that, but the different version of the new logo? If the old one (1972 edition) embroidered and printed fine, it's not like this new one would have production issues.

It doesn't seem like it would make sense to release ANOTHER that is even more altered.

Who knows.

SIAP, haven't seen this elsewhere yet.

Interesting take. Let's hope Crowton is not involved at all on the LSU QB decision.

OH GOD THE HORROR.

I think I deserve to lose a few fingers for that mis-type.

Has this been confirmed?

No, and SID Bonnette had said earlier in the year they wouldn't be on the helmets this fall, but if you follow @LSUFBEquipment on Twitter every photo that has a helmet has the new Tiger, so I have reason to believe they're going to do it.

You could still get in while I was there, then that fire incident happened and ruined the fun for everybody. Since it was a public structure they were required by law to keep a gate open (as I understood it, could be wrong), but that incident gave them the out to keep it locked up.

Jennings will start and then Harris will play. Cameron will then get to decide based on play who'll become full time guy. At least, that's how I see it.

Probably take a few games to iron it all out.

EDITED TO FIX MY IDIOCY.
It's a slow roll out. Don't even know if it'll be on this year's helmets full time yet.I bet by the end of the year gear will be widespread.

Re-linking article I found before that talks about it some (along w/uni news).

And I do hope that this expansion did lead to more student tickets available.

So we could have even more empty student seats?

Bonnette pretty much says here they'll be changing it...everything basketball already has it LINK

the lighting in the pic in the link makes the number look like it has a darker purple outline

Yeah, now that I've seen more photos that looks to be the case, but there's a pic of No. 78 somewhere I saw that looks like it spans the width of the back now, instead of having space on each side like '13.

Small thing regardless. Thought the '13 numbers were too narrow anyhow.

I like the new Tiger logo, though.

I know they changed them before the chick-fil-a bowl...looks like they've widened them or enlarged them for this season. They look a little different.
