There was a hippy band from Oxford called Beanland.
Hey thanks for the questions-this is the owner. Of course we don't waste if we have leftovers, but usually we never have any of our fresh greens or ingredients for much more than 24 hours. Our locations are small so we get in one and sometimes two orders a day.
