I don't consider those examples to be frat.

Fratstars would have the RL polo longsleeve button-up shirt with the collar buttons and the cuffs rolled, and some Costa sunglasses with the frat strap, with some shorty-shorts and boat shoes. In other words, the quinessential douchebag attire. Oh, and don't forget the Biebs swoosh cut.

Saddest part is that none of them have any originality; they all look like they came off of some cookie-cutter assembly line.

My question is, what exactly do these school systems think they're preparing kids like this for? They're taught that they can get away with murder with no repercussions... then they got out into the real world and there are no special rules made to accommodate them. Pretty much goes for all of these kids with special 'accommodations.'
