Yeah we mostly cook, dont go out, and work a lot lol. Figured for the price of what the homes are going for in the Spanish Lakes division it's cheaper to buy for three years.

If you have school age kids, definitely either fork up the money or look in AP.

If you don't, are you married or single?

Married with new born so school would be out the question.

Doubt it for only 3 years of ownership.

Closing costs to buy
Insurance/taxes/repairs 3 years
Real Estate commission to sell 6% = 13,200

Rent for us would be at least $1,500 per month. We were considering to buy, renting it out, and selling way down the line. I figured to buy rather then throw money away for three years and invest in properties.

It's ok, but it's in St. Gabriel, which means dealing with that speed trap every day. Also, their schools are crap. It gives you none of the advantages of being in EBR or AP. You get the retard cops, property crime, and shitty schools of EBR combined with the distance, traffic, and comie cutter subdivisions with chem plant views of AP.

There are some decent food options out that way though:
Old Saint Gabriel Store, Roberto's, and Big Jake's are all solid.

I see that lol. Im looking near Bluebonnet primarily, but it may look like I need to fork out a extra 20k.

Don't live in St. Gabriel.

There are many decent neighborhoods around Bluebonnet. You will just have to understand that you will be fighting traffic every day no matter what.

Anything bad with that Spanish Lakes Subdivision off Nicholson extension?

I'm doing it for a job that pays very well for three years and relocating after. I lived there in college and understand that there will be traffic everywhere.

Look in Jefferson Terrace. There should be some options in your price range and it's close to the mall.

I'm commissioning my 5th annual fantasy football league and it has always been a hassle to collect money in person or to get it by mail. So I decided to do online payments and have no clue what website to use.
LEAGUE WILL START AT 9 CENTRAL TODAY AND IT WILL BE A DRAFT!
