re: Trinidad denied waiver by NCAA

Posted by rebsfan10 on 1/11/26 at 11:48 pm to
As much as I want Trinidad back next year and to get to continue to watch him play, I do wonder if this is the right thing for him. It definitely is in our best interest, but a good part of the country will root against him the way they did pavia and saying he should go pro. Would hurt his heisman chances etc.. people being biased against him thinking he shouldn't be playing.

With it being such a weak draft I wonder if that is what's best for him. All that said, hope I get to watch him in vaught Hemingway next year.

Not saying they're the same guy but it's odd that Ole Miss fans are trying to talk shite about an Elon quarterback while desperately hoping their Ferris St transfer gets another year of eligibility

Because yall are lsu. The best program in history. Arch manning and cj carr should be begging lane to let them battle it out to be the starter at lsu next year.
How did I know when I clicked on this thread about an ole miss football player that the majority of the comments would be from lsu fans

He’s a 5 star athlete, 2 star safety. Lost his starting job down the stretch.

I'll take this over the 2 star athletes and 0 star safeties we had this year.

Anyone have any idea if Trinidad is involved with any of the transfer recruiting? Wondering if they still feel confident he's playing next year

Hate to lose Townsend. Would have been nice to return the entire interior of the offensive line

Saban had to leave Michigan State to win a championship. Kiffin had to leave Ole Miss to win a championship.

Today, at this point in time ole Miss is a lot closer to lsu than to miss state. I would still never expect a Miss state coach to leave for ole Miss because it may be a better opportunity.
Can you imagine Coach O against Cignetti? As much talent as LSU had, Cignetti would have LSU giving up by middle of the 3rd.

They went 7-5 this year and do nothing but smack talk their betters. I dont think they really care.

The OP constantly says ole piss and webels, willing to bet this is a teenager or a virgin
Appreciate it. Rooting for you guys to beat the shite out of lsu for the next 50 years. Hope you get kiffin fired like you did kelly

Yeah let’s just sue the NCAA so everyone has unlimited eligibility! Dudes going to be 24 at the start of the season, go to the NFL.

I agree, it's probably a good time for him to go to the nfl. Stetson Bennett was 24 when he won his first national championship and Carson beck is in his 6th year right now and playing for one

and a legit chance at a Championship

Wait, so are you saying the coach LSU is paying $90M to is one you don't think could have made a difference in that game last night? LSU is obviously as good with money as the state of Louisiana is.
Real answer, if he thought he could have he would have stayed at ole miss.
Didn't orgeron just admit recently they were buying players illegally? Big ten, hell ole Miss and Vandy have shown lsu isn't shite in the NIL era

You’re stuck with a shitty defensive coordinator as your head coach while that offensive staff that carried that team is gone. You’ll be wanting Golding fired next season.

Wonder how many posts you'll be at by the time ole miss beats lsu next year. Almost 130k posts on a message board. Dear god I hope you are the owner of this site. Who has that much free time
Every time I think about how could lane leave those kids who had a chance to do something special, I'm reminded he left his whole damn family for selfish reasons so that's just who he is. Will fit in well in Louisiana
Go get the best safeties in the portal.

re: It was obvious pass interference

Posted by rebsfan10 on 1/9/26 at 8:23 am to
If it's pass interference in the first quarter, it's pass interference at the end of the game. I get on Hail Marys they let more go, but that wasn't a bunch of guys bunched together for a jump ball. Receiver was in a 1 on 1 situation and was unable to go up for the ball. This didn't lose the game, even with the call we then have to score in 1 play from the 25, but it was PI

Man our secondary was so bad. It didn't matter if we rushed 3 or 5. Miami had WRs running open every play.

True but make beck make a pass under pressure. Even if it's an easy one he may miss. Can't give him all day
Your coach is a guy who quit on this team. One play away from making the national championship and he just quit on them to hang out with **** arse Jeff Landry. Hard to believe the guy who spent all this time with this team didn't believe in them.

Then again, same guy cares more for strange than he did his kids so is what it is
Love these players and as frustrated as I am with the 3rd and golding defense bama warned us about, he has been incredible and I'm looking forward to him leading us in the future.
