gonna make some jerky out of the backstrap. looking for a good marinade recipe.
Anybody know a good place to buy a mandolin in Baton Rouge?
Creamer, I am storing them at 70 degrees and they are not exposed to light. They are in a cardboard box behind a dresser.

hey everybody. i need some advice. I'm new to home brewing. i just bottled my second batch 2 weeks ago. both batches have been pretty good but kinda flat. do y'all have any idea what i could be doing wrong. I've been using carbonation drops. their little hard candy looking things that you drop one in each 12 oz bottle.
i am new to home brewing. looking for a good app to estimate my IBU and ABV. any suggestions on a good iPhone app.
