How could hackers make the deadbeats pay what they owe?
The only sound way I have experienced, RESPECT (from them). The fact that you know them already and they have the experience of knowing the kind of work you do, hopefully you have garnered some respect from them in your job. If they already think you're lousy, they won't change their mind with you as their boss. If they think you do a good job and know what you're about, they'll probably be more in-line with you being over them.

Don't give them any reason to lose respect and they won't. Show them you can do the job, do it well, and you'll be golden.

Put this stand in the woods yesterday afternoon on a trail the deer made bypassing our other stands. Nothing yet. Good luck everyone!

ETA: 7:25 I had 4 doe/2 yearlings walk the trail. Had them at 15 yards. Too bad I'm not meat hunting anymore. Come on, Horns!

What do y'all think about dropping Greg Little for Henderson? He's unproven and not even listed as a starter, but all the talking heads are making me second guess dropping him for Henderson.
I'm with you. I loved that game more than any other Civ. Since I don't have a gaming computer anymore, I wish for a re-release on console.
True. This has got to be the worst final 5 I've seen, so they must be brainstorming for ways to keep us interested.

ETA: but thank God for the guys on TD who let the rest of know!

+1. They seem to be doing this an awful lot this season. Must be trying to up their live feed subscriptions.
Watching this just made me watch at least an hour worth of hype videos on youtube. I can't wait until Saturday!

Who's taking a shot on Javon Ringer?

Obviously it's early, but CJ could go into the season as a hold out.

Has anyone taken him in their draft?

Should I open up a roster spot, just in case? I don't have CJ, but it would be nice to steal his backup if he doesn't play.

I could drop Michael Bush (I have McFadden), Andre Roberts, or Stafford as my backup QB.

Anyone know if you have to order this separately or if it comes with the Sports and Information Pack? TIA

ETA: Cox in Baton Rouge, BTW

+1. We have a few feeders for the deer on our property, but we have a TON of oaks that give a good acorn crop every fall. When those acorns start falling, the deer are eating those and completely ignoring the corn. Even the young bucks and does.
Appreciate the updates! Looks like I'm not going to bed until I know the winner.
I'm new to reading the spoilers thread. Will someone update when the HOH is done? Or do y'all wait? My wife and I are to the point of being pissed at BB for making us wait until Sunday to find out who the HOH is!
Last season, I had 2 at the gate to our property trying to get in when I was leaving after a morning hunt. They only wanted to get in to look at the old church we have on the property, but I was still intimidated. I let them in and told them I would lock the gate back when I came back in that afternoon. Nice fellas. They didn't check me.

Nope. Starts Oct 1st with buck only for two weeks, where as we get either sex starting the 1st. Hell, I'll take a start of Oct 15th to be able to hunt into Feb.

2011-2012 Hunting Seasons

Why is Area 1 not granted the same extension as Area 6 for archery? Just across the river is given until Feb 15, but we have to quit on Jan 31st. I hunt in West Feliciana, and we have a strong 2nd rut that first week or two of February. Hell, we're still seeing pregnant does and fawns born DAYS ago on our property.

Anyone have any insight as to why they are doing this? Or any ideas on how to change it?

Plus they seem to moving the primitive firearms season all the way to the end (31st) during the 12-13 season. So us bowhunters are going to have HOT October only with settled woods and minimal pressure. I'm pissed and venting a little bit...

My wife and 7-month-old got me a Leupold RX-1000 TBR Digital Range Finder. Can't wait until bow season! (Posted this already in the OT thread but I though this board would appreciate it more)

All depends on your location. Where I hunt, there are so many does that there is little to no competition for the bucks. If they hear a rattle, they'll just head the other way for easier piece of tail.

I bought mine from terraserver They have a few options and sizes. I have no complaints about mine. I got an aerial of our property of 550 acres, sized to 20x30.
