you'll end up getting a realtor.

Fact.

Nah, FSBO is the way to go as long as you have time to show the house yourself and can do a little research.

To the OP: $200 is very cheap to list your house online. This is by far going to be your cheapest option. I sold my house and bought a new one FSBO and I didn't have any issues. Saved a ton of money in the long run. Do your research though. Familiarize yourself with a residential purchase agreement and do not sign anything without a pre approval letter from the buyers lending institution.
It looks like they tried way too hard to make this car look fast. honestly it looks like an 80's concept car that never made it to production. The interior is horrible, whats with the suede overlay on the dash and the ugly colored flip switches? You got rockets on this thing? The console looks like you might be able to get a cassette tape or 8 track in there. No thanks. At least come at me with a decent touch screen for $4M. The Mclaren P1 is the sweetest car out there if you ask me but I love most of Ferrari's designs as well.
Pugs are the nastiest most disgusting dogs out there. I saw one piss in it's own water bowl, then turn around and drink right out of it.

We love ours. Yes they are expensive but you should never skimp on mattresses or shoes.....you spend alot of time in them.

the NFL Network app requires a current subscription with a cable service that carries the channel

So this is kind of like the HBO Go app, but you can only use it if you subscribe to HBO through your cable provider. Meh, no thanks. They're trying harder and harder to get people to pay separately for NFL games and sorry but I'm not interested. It seems like they're constantly trying to get more and more money out of cable subscribers, and all at a time when cable subscribers are so sick of paying so much for TV that they are dumping cable all together.

Girlfriend picks up 16 year old, feeds her vodka and instructs her to tell boyfriend she is a "18 year old LSU student."

And a veteran LEO that should be an expert on identifying underage sexual exploitation didn't get suspicious about her age? This girl was 16, don't tell me this guy didn't have a clue. LEO's, especially veteran LEO's do not have a moral or ethical leg to stand on if something like this happens. They would happily arrest and jail any other person that this happened to and laugh at them an tell them to tell it to the judge if they said "I had no idea she was underage". Ignorance is no excuse for the common folk and is even less of an excuse for a veteran LEO IMO.

It’s a bad thing, and this body will get its door knocked on ten years from now and say, ‘How did we get where we got?'

WHA? Look at where we are as a country right now. It doesn't take marijuana to screw this country up, we've done perfectly fine at taking this country to the dumps while marijuana is still illegal. All the while the drug cartels are raking in billions of black market untaxed dollars. Marijuana isn't going to make or break us morally or ethically. Marijuana can, however solve many budget crises that states are facing all over this country. We live in a supposedly free country. We need to stop criminalizing marijuana and paying millions of dollars a year to imprison otherwise decent people, and start letting our citizens make their own choices about marijuana so that states can benefit from the taxes that sales will bring.
I thought it was trashy a long time ago, but I've had to do it before. Was headed to a function and I couldn't bring the whole six pack in with me and it would have just sat in the truck and gotten hot, so all I needed was one. From then on I decided it was no longer trashy

Tasted one from Oak Point the other day and it was awesome, one of the best I've ever had.

Does a Legislator think that he/she can be re-elected by voting in favor of this?
There is obviously alot of support for this and alot of money to be made. It's all about money. If anything is going to get politicians off their asses it's going to be the money that could be made from legalizing it. That's the only reason we have casinos here in Louisiana.
I like the westin. The granite balcony overlooking the river is pretty bad arse.

One of the best BBQ sauces for chicken IMO is jack millers (pig stand is very similar). It just complements chicken very well, especially on the grill but I'm guessing the oven would work too.

Please end all twerks. I'm sick of hearing this word.

better than 95% of problems people have with dogs would be fixed if they learned to just keep them on a leash if they are not in your house or in your backyard.

This guy gets it.

Not everyone thinks your dog is cute and the best thing to ever happen on the face of this earth. There are leash laws for a reason. People that think it's ok to let their dog off of a leash in public are trashy and inconsiderate. I bet you let your dog shite and piss everywhere and think that everyone just has to accept it, right? Think about it, you're walking along on the beach on a peaceful day, you're barefoot and care free. Then you step in a pile of dog shite and it goes all in between your toes and some inconsiderate jackass like rex just thinks it's ok and maggie rules the world so people are just going to have to deal with it. frick you and your nasty arse dog. I wish that guy would have pepper sprayed you or better yet just kicked your arse and had your dog sent to the pound for being off a leash

As with most dogs on our beach at this time of year Maggie was not on a leash
bullshite

I don't see the problem. I would have done the exact same thing and broke out the pepper spray. Dog owners should always keep their dogs on a leash when not on private property. Other people do not know whether or not your dog is aggressive and/or going to bite and by the time your dog gets close enough, if it's not on a leash it's probably too late. Regardless, even if your dog is the friendliest little puppy that ever lived (and surely yours is, that's what everybody thinks) nobody wants your stinking nasty arse dog jumping all over them. Also, nobody wants to step in your dogs shite and piss. People are just trying to take a peaceful walk on the beach. You ruined it by having your dog off it's leash, but it's not your fault and everyone should bow down and accept the fact that you think you own that beach and you're going to let your dog off it's leash regardless of the law or what other people think, right?
To be perfectly honest if I cut my pecker off and put a snatch where my pecker used to be, I would be totally understanding of people that want to think I'm weird and out of my fricking mind.

I'm asking a question, not making an accusation. There's a difference. What's the big deal? I'm just curious. And no, this isn't an average restaurant post, don't act like I don't have a point.

A good review and thanks for the information. This is way more information than the average person would provide, were you paid to post this on here? I don't remember ever reading a more thorough review, even in magazines. Seems as if you remembered the exact prices of all the items that were ordered at your table and even provided prices for items that your table didn't even order. You remembered the exact names and details of each specific drink. You even know all the chef's and GM's names and their former employers! Call me crazy, but this is no ordinary review of Stabs from an average joe, you were paid to post this right?

ETA: We've done brunch there and it was pretty good, but also, as you mentioned, pricey. Not off the charts in either regard. All in all a good experience. I hope they make it. I don't remember prices, drink names, the chef and assistants name, general managers name, his wife, her brother, etc.....just remember it being decent food but pricey. Wait staff seemed well trained and attentive. Nice place.

John Folse seems like a nice guy but that can't be his real voice

I can't stand to hear him talk. I understand that as a cajun chef he has to play the role, but this guy is off the deep end.
Listening to pretty much anyone from Chalmette try to talk is annoying as frick. I feel like they're trying to make it sound as stupid as possible so that people comment on it and then they can tell them all about how they are a "Chalmation" and "if you think my accent is bad you should hear my dad talk". No thanks
That taco bell commercial that starts with that jingle and "your mommas got nothing on me".....very annoying
