Roll around jambalaya pot owners

All of you that own roll around jambalaya pots how far from the burner does the pot sit. Also how is the burner attached to the roll Around stand? I am looking to build a roll around stand for my 15 gallon pot. I am in the metal industry and have some great fabricators available. Need some advice on distance etc.

What's your heat source? Open fire? Gas burner? What type of burner?
