My favorite for chicken is Island Coconut Blend--onion, garlic, lemongrass with a little coconut...Thai influences with this one. But there are many other options: Greek Island for Mediterranean flavors with feta. Sweet Pecan for smoky, sweet grilled chicken. Big Easy for Jamaican Jerk-style chicken...
