I dont necessarily go to the dog park to be social, I leave that up to my dogs. The vast majority of the time I just want to come and sit down and decompress while my dog let's off some steam.

Well my 8 year son begged to come with me and his sister when he over heard me talking about it with her. He did fine. He was on the edge of his seat, but never too worried.

Me personally, I've never hit any stretch of long interstate/highway where there weren't others on the road, regardless of time of day or night.
