This guy needs to do his homework. The NASA administrator went to 870 miles on Polaris Dawn less than two years ago.
The blue check has always been the dumbass marker

The highest crewed non-lunar earth orbit is 870 miles and these guys are 32,000 miles above earth right now.
The shot of the sun illuminating the far side of earth is pretty awesome.

I thought all the moon stuff was fake?
They put in the black screen at liftoff to feed the conspiracy beast.

I haven’t been as let down by something I was looking forward to since 1/9

The coverage was terrible. Where were the cockpit videos?
After missing liftoff they cut to a shot of random fatass nascar fans watching the launch from a park nearby and missed solid rocket booster separation.
I’d love to watch a stream of a camera outside the ship. I’d have that on for the next 10 days. This Microsoft 95 graphic is terrible. Really takes you out of it.

I’m beyond pissed I didn’t get to see it lift off. At least it’s just a flyby mission and not the real one.
It was a black screen after ignition and then the feed came back and the camera man was drunk and dropped the camera and had to lift up the lens and find the rocket.

Gonna have to watch a replay
Figured it was a glitch when they switched the feed to AI mode

Did the camera black out at liftoff for every broadcast. Didn’t even see it lift off.

I guess that’s it. Wake me up when they leave earth orbit tomorrow.

I’ve always thought it’s wild how fast they get to space. Only takes a few minutes and the boosters and tank are gone.
That was some unreal power
Shoddy camera work tho

Harrison Schmitt looks like he’s 70. Those guys were built different.

Also, I know I’m a decade behind the times but it was rather jarring to not see the OG countdown clock.
I'm just glad the clock is working
Wild how so many classic TD posters are 65 now

 Clearly that is tongue is cheek. Apollo 8 reading from Genesis while orbiting the moon is one of the best moments in history.

The moon is what causes women's periods. Big risk sending one there.

Hopefully the crew reads from Genesis when they get to the moon like Apollo 8
