Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko is expected to hire James Madison defensive coordinator Lyle Hemphill as a senior assistant coach on his staff in College Station.
Hemphill was James Madison‘s co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach in 2024. He reunites with Elko after serving as Duke‘s safeties and co-defensive coordinator from 2022-23 when Elko was head coach.
