He has a speech impediment and needs therapy. It’s obviously an impediment. Those who do not see the difference between his impediment vs being a low IQ speaker are low IQ themselves.

I say this with all sincerity as i truly dont know. Is saying "you know" 100 times in a single sentence actually considered a stutter? It seems like a tick.

With the volume that he says it, I would bet it's a compensation technique instead of staying on the syllable that catches him in his stutter.
