My heart. I’m not good at writing sad things and my dad he wouldn’t want it that way either. He was one of the funniest guys I know. A mixture of humor and fierceness. He was full of wisdom and he gave me incredible core lessons. Dad, Because of you I am a fighter. Because of you I never gave up when the odds where stacked against me. Thank you for showing me that even tho we grew up poor you could still have it all. We didn’t have much but we had laughter. I remember you teaching me how to run and look where that has taken me. You gave me the groundwork of my faith. I pray I see you in heaven one day. I’m so grateful that God gave you to me as my father. Rest In Peace Dad. I am who I am because of your greatness.
