Former NC State defensive back Brandon Cisse has signed with South Carolina.
Cisee, a sophomore from Sumter, S.C., played in 22 games over the past two seasons with 38 total tackles, six passes defended, and one interception.
He will have one year of eligibility remaining with South Carolina.
