While appearing on College Football Live, ESPN analyst Joey Galloway said that the gap between Alabama and Georgia and the rest of FBS “seems very large” to him...
quote:

“That gap seems very large to me,” Galloway said, via Saturday Down South. “I think if you really want to argue it, I think the bigger argument is who should be ranked No. 1 between Georgia and Alabama. But the gap between those 2 teams and what everyone else has done so far appears to be very big.”

These two programs are light years ahead of every other team in the SEC due to top recruiting and coaching. It will take years for other teams to catch up.

UGA hasn't won shite since 1980. Bama at least fits the argument.

I agree. It will be fun to see these teams square off in the SEC Championship and then in the Natty.

To be fair, there was a large gap between Georgia and the rest of college football during the Ray Goff years, too. It's the circle of life, Simba.

They say stuff like this every year about the top 2 or 3 teams. Then they lose. As for me, I'm not saying shite until UGA actually wins it all.
