SEC Baseball Players of the Week were announced by the league office on Monday.
Kentucky's Chase Estep was named player of the week, Florida's Brandon Sproat was named pitcher of the week, and Vanderbilt's Davis Diaz was named freshman of the week.

Player of the Week: Chase Estep, Kentucky Kentucky's Chase Estep led the SEC with 18 total bases and helped the Wildcats earn a series win against eighth-ranked TCU. Estep was 6-for-12 against the Horned Frogs with a home run, a pair of doubles, five RBI and four runs scored. He hit a three-run home run to help Kentucky clinch the series on Saturday. Estep added three hits in the midweek with a double and two runs scored.
Pitcher of the Week: Brandon Sproat, Florida Florida's Brandon Sproat pitched 8.1 scoreless innings across two road starts this past week with 10 strikeouts. He fired a career-high 6.1 shutout innings at No. 22 Miami on Saturday to earn the win while tying his career high with eight strikeouts. He helped the Gators tie the series at one apiece, and his team went on the win the series on Sunday. Sproat also started Florida's midweek win at North Florida.
Freshman of the Week: Davis Diaz, Vanderbilt Vanderbilt's Davis Diaz hit .579 with three triples and 10 runs scored to help the Commodores to a 5-0 week. His 11 hits tied for the SEC lead last week, and Diaz recorded multiple hits in four of the five games including three hits in three games. He had an on-base percentage of .609 while slugging .737.
