When I lived in Morgantown we used to just get them in the convenience stores.

I used to get those from Sbarro in the Pierre Bossier Mall all the time. Had no idea that it was a West Virginia thing.

Pepperoni rolls are definitely a thing there. GF is a WVU grad and the Lowcountry Moutaineers do a pepperoni roll contest at their kickoff party every year. They're pretty basic...breading, cheese, pepperoni. It's fine but not sure I get the excitement over them.
