Yes, easily.

The emerald pools hike is maybe 2-3 hours at most? I would suggest the lower trail, it may be called something different, the upper trail is a lot steeper and higher with big drop offs. It made me very nervous with my little kids. The lower and upper trails combine at the pools to make a big loop, but you can just take one both ways.
