Attempting to make a reservation for a flight next month, website says "General Public Uncovered – (Currently Unavailable) General Public Covered (Currently Unavailable)". Anybody seen this before? Trying to figure out if this means it's currently full, or they aren't taking reservations for any future time at all
Tried calling without luck, submitted a message on their "Contact Us" page a couple of days ago and haven't gotten a response.

I’ve parked at that multiple times, no reservation, no problem. You’re wasting your time and complicating the matter by reaching out to them, you’ll understand why when you arrive.
