Trip to Belize

Staying at Victoria House and planning on diving with Belize Pro Divers. Anyone have any experience with the lodgings or the dove shop? Any refs for things to do or places to eat on San Pedro?

Have Friends that have stayed at Victoria house and fished annually for years. They absolutely love it. Good choice.

So you booked a trip to Belize staying at Victoria House you’re coming here asking us about it after the fact?

Um, yeah. Not sure why that’s strange since it’s months out and I can cancel anytime. And I’ve heard nothing but good things so far, but wanted to cover all my bases.

I have only been to Belize one time and that was on a cruise. We stayed on the cruise ship and not at a hotel, but there is a hotel in Belize City called the Great House Hotel. We spent a lot of time at the bar there. It is a palm shaded French Quarter style courtyard. Nice place.
We didn't go diving but we did go to the Mayan ruins of Altan Ha which were very interesting.
That is all I have on Belize.
