Thinking about heading to STL next week for the Leon Bridges concert. Will probably be in the city for two or three days.

I've posted on the Food board quite a few times on my St. Louis recs for food.
As for things to do:
City Museum, even if you're an adult with no kids. Well worth it.
Laumeier Sculpture Park
St. Louis Zoo is quality, and it's free (don't hop in a gorilla cage).
St. Louis Art Museum is also quality. Also free (though usually a paid exhibit is there).
Lots of great breweries to tour. Big fan of the large Urban Chestnut brew hall. Side Project is probably the "best" (read most widely respected) there.
Vintage Vinyl is an absolute gem of a record store.
Missouri Botanical Garden is really cool (not free).
Tower Grove Park is nice
If you're wanting food recs, I'll dig up and link some of the old threads from the Food Board.

Things to eat around the pageant:
Blueberry Hill
Cicero's
Seoul Taco
Personally Soulard is my favorite area to eat and drink.

I will also recommend the Cathedral Basilica, very beautiful.
We spent Fathers Day weekend 2005 in St. Louis and had a blast. We hit all of the major touristy things Budweiser tour, Arch, etc. Also did Cathedral Basilica and the Botanical Garden - even in June it had a lot of nice things blooming.
We also found a lot of cool tings in and around Forest Park. The Missouri History Museum was really well done.
One thing we didn't do but I wish we had was a visit to Grant's Farm, which is where the Clydesdales are bred/raised.

The concert is in the Delmar Loop, which is a really cool area. If you're looking for a meal before, check out Three Kings. Good scratch made food, usually a great tap list.
As previously mentioned, Vintage Vinyl is also on the same street.
There are a ton of great breweries in town. Civil Life in south city is one of my favorites. If you go, remember it's cash only.
Four Hands and Urban Chesnut are also top notch. Civil Life stays true to style of whatever they brew but are malt driven (don't expect an IPA), 4 Hands is very hop forward, and Urban Chesnut does a little bit of everything but focuses mostly on traditional German styles.
A lot of stuff has already been mentioned but I'll try and come back with more.
And I agree with everyone that mentioned the Cathedral Basilica. It's breathtaking.
