Looking for recommendations for St. Lucia for later this year. Some friends and I booked a private villa on the north end of the island in Gros Islet. We plan at some point to book a catamaran for the day to do some site seeing and snorkeling but outside of that no other plans.
Thanks in advance guys.

Do the ATV/ziplining excursion. You drive a two seater ATV all across the island then zip line in the rain forest in the middle of the island. Best excursion we did.

5 years ago we stayed at the Royalton near Gros Islet. Very nice resort with a lots cool Brits to hang out with. Took powered catamaran which included touring the coastline and stop over for lunch, snorkeling at Sugar Beach, and mudd bathing at the drive in volcano. Then on the ride back partake in some homemade jungle juice from our guide. Got toe up!
Do not rent a car! That was a huge mistake. The roads are very bad with huge drop offs and I was not used to driving on left side of the road. Very scary. Google maps didn't help at all.
You can hike up the Gros Piton, but that might be an all day thing and there's golf course near where you are staying.
