Any if you that have been on a cruise booked excursions through this company? We’ve always booked through cruise line but looking at other options for Mediterranean tour we are on in June. They guarantee return to ship if not will pay all expenses to get to next port plus $1k per person for inconveniences

I tend to do research via Trip Advisor and try to find locals who have 5 star ratings. That’s never steered me wrong.
I make sure I’m able to contact them directly. The speed of their response and how accommodating they are usually gives me a good clue that they know what they are doing.
