I'll be traveling to London, Paris, and Rome this summer and am looking for some non-touristy local places to dine. Any recommendations on restaurants will be greatly appreciated.

Have a drink and bite to eat at Churchill's favorite pub, the Red Lion, on London.

There is a Restaurant at the top of the Eiffel Tower and been trying to get someone to try it. You can go on the Internet and they got a lot of great photos. Just Search for Restaurant at the top of the Eiffel Tower. I want to go and try it myself.

It sucks, you are just paying for the view and experience.

In Paris our favorites were probably Cafe Constant and Pollidor

In London check out Borough Market & Gordon's Wine Bar. Dishoom is supposed to be good, but my husband and I weren't willing to stand in line for an hour and a half to find out.
