I think Mena, AR is where Barry Seal lived for several years. The movie American Made is about him. That's really all I have to contribute lol

Should be pretty this time of year, but not a lot of development in that neck of the woods.
May want to head south an hour to Hochatown/Beaver Bend area if interested in restaurants, brewery, touristy stuff.
