We did Peter Island BVI. Not sure if it's reopened after the hurricanes? Beaches and service were excellent. You can take day trips to other islands.

Fly to either Barbados, st Lucia, or St Vincent. Then take a small prop to union island. The resort gets you a discounted round trip from Barbados, like $200 rt per person. From there it’s a 10 minute boat ride.
The whole island is the resort. Beaches are top notch. White sand and very clear water. Very much unlike most other all inclusives. 2 restaurants. You eat breakfast and dinner at 1 and lunch at the other. The food is very good. Probably 8/10 food wise. All you can drink throughout your stay. Top shelf liquor. Tips are technically included in the price. Brand new fitness center. Grass tennis courts. Free use of kayaks and hobie cats. They contract with a catamaran called the Yannis and there are 2 excursions that are awesome. One goes to Mayreau and then the Tobago cays where pirates of the Caribbean was filmed. You snorkel with 100s of turtles. Another day trip takes you to mopion island and to a secluded beach on union island. Food and alcohol are provided. The optional excursions are the only cost on the trip. It’s $100 per person for each excursion. The rooms are large and very clean. Another cool thing is that you have access to bikes to ride around the island and explore. It’s not really a party scene but the bar doesn’t close until the Last person has had enough. Only about 40 rooms so you get to know a lot of the other people. It’s mostly couples and no kids are allowed. I’ve been twice and will definitely go again soon.

Along the lines of Palm Island, you can check out Petit St. Vincent.
We honeymooned at PSV nine years ago and loved it. They’ve done a lot of renovations since then and they look fantastic. The only downside is alcohol is not included.

Also very expensive. I’d love to check it out but it’s so much more expensive than palm Island. It’s more luxurious for sure.

We've also stayed on Peter Island. The service, food and accommodations are outstanding and the charter company on the island is great.
