Punta Cana at the end of May, Can't wait!

Headed to Punta Cana at the end of the month. Anyone got any experience and suggestions of excursions? We are chartering a boat to go fishing. Anyone have any off resort suggestions??

We did a zipline excursion and snorkeling/booze cruise excursion for our honeymoon.

Saona Island excursion was fun. Bus picks you up from resort, and brings you to little village marina to catch boat. Ride in on catamaran, hang out on remote private beach. Enjoyed a local BBQ meal. Little snorkeling too. Fun day, worth the trip. Beer, rum, and food all included. They stopped by some local gift shops on the way back which was cool. Bring small bills. Dollar goes a long way down there.
